Mark is a visionary leader in transformational innovation. His career has been defined by a passion for engineering, management consulting, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. He had the privilege of designing revolutionary solutions and partnering with some of the world’s most innovative brands to redefine how products, services, and experiences enhance human engagement.

As the founder and CEO of Level 11, He didn’t just lead a company - I sparked a movement. I drove the development of pioneering digital transformation initiatives that fundamentally shifted customer engagement paradigms. Among these were the Disney MagicBand, a wearable technology that revolutionized theme park experiences, and the Carnival OCEAN Medallion, an IoT platform that transformed the cruise industry. These projects exemplify my commitment to visionary thinking and tangible impact.

My leadership journey began at Accenture, where I led enterprise-wide global transformations and managed portfolios that delivered measurable results in industries such as gaming, retail, healthcare, and technology. This experience laid the groundwork for the launch of Level 11 in 2009, a firm I built to integrate cutting-edge engineering with design thinking to create extraordinary guest experiences

Mark led the architecture and engineering of Disney’s xConnect platform, the backbone of the MagicBand. Handling over 250,000 events per second for 30 million annual park guests, his team redefined IoT scalability and guest experience integration.

Carnival Corporation OCEAN Medallion (2014–2020)

Mark’s leadership was instrumental in Carnival’s proprietary Orchestr8 platform, a real-time IoT solution that powered over 20 Princess ships, enabling hyper-personalized guest experiences and operational efficiency. Results included a 90% reduction in embarkation time and 60% faster food delivery.

Starbucks Mobile Order & Pay

As the visionary behind Starbucks’ Mobile Order & Pay system, Mark delivered a platform that reshaped consumer convenience, operational throughput, and industry standards. The system drove billions in incremental revenue and established Starbucks as a leader in digital innovation.
